We use Sentry to collect data about Application crashes and other errors. The data submitted is anonymised so that only data relevant to understand the cause of the errors are processed without any references to you as a person. We use Amplitude, an analysis service provided by Amplitude Inc., 501 2nd Street, Suite 100 San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When explicitly permitted by you, data is sent to Amplitude while using the app.
Amplitude Inc. receives and stores generic IDs, timestamps and various background information such as a random user ID, platform, device name, app version, location information, mobile provider and device language. We do not track any personal data, that identifies you as a person.
Your IP address is not tracked. Moreover, Amplitude does not receive any data that can be used to identify you as a person. Amplitude Inc. is certified by the US-EU privacy agreement ‘Privacy Shield’. More information regarding data privacy can be found here: https://amplitude.com/privacy.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
